Your game(s) doesn’t work on my device. What should I do?
Please make sure that your device meets the following requirements:
— Android version is 11.0 or higher
— iOS version is 6 or higher
Also, check if you are connected to the Internet.
If the game still won’t run – check if it gives you an error and send us a screenshot with it and the title of the game you want to launch on email@example.com
What should I do if I want a refund for my purchase in your game?
If you’re using iPhone the refunds are made via Apple support. If you’re using Android, you can request a refund on Google Play or write directly to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are writing directly to us, please send the Order ID from Google’s confirmation email. Each situation is unique. Depending on the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
How can I switch off advertisements in your games?
If you’re tired of ads in our game you can just perform any purchase (even the smallest one) and that will disable all ads for you (except for those which give you rewards for watching them – but they are optional).
I’ve seen an offensive advertisement inside your game. How can I block it?
If you’ve seen an advertisement which somehow offends you (18+, uses inappropriate language, is leading to a wrong web site, etc.), please, make a screenshot with this ad and send us the link to where it goes. We will block it for all our games.
I’ve made a mobile game, will you publish it?
